How I find myself when I'm lost..


Sometimes my life overwhelmes me and I find my self lost in all the difficulties. I recently learned how to put my hardships into something positive. I go in to a private space, turn on some classical or slower music, and let my body move freely. No thinking, just movements. No matter how upset or angry I am, once I finish dancing I feel much better than when I started. It does not solve problems but it give a person time to let out some frustration and just truely feel themselves at ease by letting their minds go.


For those of you who often feel overwhelmed with life, put the music on and put your feet in motion. This is far more powerful than you'll ever realize.


This is how I find myself in my darkest moments...I hope it helps you even just a little.
